About Facade series
I have employed the iconic shape of a gable-roofed house as representative of one’s home as an extension of identity as well as a refuge. A facade lies on the surface of each icon and is suggestive of veneers worn and the varying levels that person’s choose to wear them in defining personal boundaries.
